Sunnking’s FREE Local Pickup Service
In an effort to continue bringing savings to our local eBay community, Sunnking has developed a Local Pickup Service free of charge. The following policies have been set in place to manage the needs of all our local customers.
• 48 Business Hours Notice – Sunnking requires a sufficient amount of time to prepare equipment for pickup. This policy is strictly enforced.
• Pickup Locations – The pickup location will be determined by the weight of the equipment.
** RETAIL ** Items under 90lbs (regular UPS shipment) will be sent to our retail store for pickup. Computers Etc. 203 Main Street Brockport, NY 14420 585.637.9180 Click here for map TIMES AT THIS LOCATION: Tuesdays or Thursdays from 3pm till 7pm. This creates a convenient after business hours time frame for our fellow nine to fivers. This also gives you the opportunity to peruse our store inventory!
** WAREHOUSE ** Items over 90lbs (freight Yellow shipment) will be prepared at our warehouse for pickup.

Large/Heavy freight items are scheduled for pickup at our warehouse facility so our friendly warehouse staff can assist with loading. Truck height docks, and forklifts on-site.
• Combined Weights/Locations – If you have purchased items under 90 lbs as well as large items over 90lbs and would like to pick them up all at once, we will schedule your pickup at our warehouse location.
• Receipt to pickup - In order to ensure that your pickup experience goes as smoothly as possible we ask that you bring a copy of your itemized pickup request with you.
• Paying with Paypal? - If you plan on paying in advance of your pickup via Paypal please be sure to bring a copy of your payment when you arrive.
• Tax exempt? - Tax exempt forms MUST be on file prior to pickup. Please include your eBay Username upon paperwork submission. Please fax them to: 585.637.2282 or email: ebay@sunnking.com.
• Why was my item denied Approved Status for local pickup?
Item relisted because the sale date exceeds 15 day limit – Due to space limitations we cannot store item for more than 15 days. If an item has not been picked up or shipped out within 15 days it will be relisted.
Auction has not ended. In order to win the auction we would encourage you to back to the listing and bid as high as possible (after all your saving money on shipping!) Good luck!!
